$255,500.00 - $425,500.00This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.

The Job
We are seeking a visionary and accomplished AI Tech Lead, Frontier Applications to join our team. This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role driving the technical truth (e.g., model choices, logic and intent) and readiness requirements for AI capabilities. This leader will partner across functions on our AI strategy and roadmap, shaping how we infuse AI into existing capabilities while balancing 0 to 1 amid ambiguity to inform future AI offerings.
We are specifically keen on individuals with deep understanding of emerging AI and ML technologies and can bridge between advanced AI, ML engineering and AI business.
