Job Title: Billing Supervisor

 

Job Summary:

The Billing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing end-to-end billing operations for US-based client accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual obligations and financial standards. This role leads a billing team, manages complex reconciliations, monitors service level performance, and drives continuous process improvements. The position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and cross-functional collaboration within a global operating environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the billing lifecycle for assigned client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation
  • Review, investigate, and resolve complex billing discrepancies and reconciliation issues
  • Monitor and report on billing SLAs, KPIs, and team performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Collections, IT, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless billing operations
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of billing workflows
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to direct reports
  • Prepare, analyze, and present billing, revenue, and variance reports to management
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements
     

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Billing Supervisor, preferably supporting US-based clients

  • Strong technical and billing expertise

  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics

  • Experience with subscription billing tools: Zuora, Chargebee, Stripe Billing

  • Intermediate–Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot

  • Amenable to work onsite in Ayala, Makati during training, with a hybrid setup thereafter based on business needs.
