About the Inside Sales Representative/Team Lead – Oura: 

MarketStar is seeking a Inside Sales Representative/TL to support our Oura team. This position will be reporting to a Client Services Director for the foreseeable future. The right candidate will be nimble, able to function in an autonomous environment, and able to communicate with a high rate of effectiveness. 

  

Location: SLC, UT - Hybrid 

  

What Will You Do? 

  • Manage inbound leads from the Cigna channel and execute targeted outbound outreach to named employers and titles.  

  • Understand and execute the lead management process, including lead generation, scheduled meetings, account optimization, follow-up, and hand-offs through continued support. 

  • Host discovery calls to capture program design and quote inputs. Map the decision committee and timing for each opportunity. Prepare for engagement with customers through industry, company, and product research. 

  • Enforce qualification criteria, including employer-funded and ≥20-device rules.  

  • Accurately disposition leads and ensure compliance with program requirements. 

  • Populate Oura’s Cigna quote template, maintain version control, and ensure pricing integrity throughout the quoting process. 

  • Drive commercial progression by handling objections, developing champions, accessing economic buyers, coordinating with brokers, and negotiating deals to verbal agreement. 

  • Prepare and route agreements via Ironclad/DocuSign and manage signature chase cadence when closing is in scope. 

  • Upon signature (or verbal agreement, if closing is handled by Oura), package notes and next steps for handoff to Oura CSM/RevOps. 

  • Provide weekly pipeline and SLA reporting, ensure forecast accuracy, and monitor stage-to-stage conversion rates.  

  • Accurately maintain CRM data points to enable data-driven strategic plans and surface valuable customer insights. 

  • Participate in daily syncs during ramp, weekly pipeline reviews, and monthly QBRs to ensure governance and continuous improvement.  

 

What Will You Need to Succeed? 

  • Successful track record in previous roles directly related to managing the full sales cycle.   

  • Experience within the healthcare sector is preferred, but not required.  

  • Demonstrate verbal and written skills that effectively communicate with customers via phone, virtual, email, presentations and product demonstrations. 

  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders in a sales process, both external and internal to the organization.  

  • Motivated to learn to handle high pressure situations, objections, and concerns when working with customers. 

  • Able to compile data and present it in a professional environment including MBRs and QBRs.  

  • Able to manage time in a structured and organized way to ensure deadlines are met and quotas are obtained.

The hourly pay for this position is $27.40. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
