$19.91 - $26.88The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Under the direction of the Phlebotomy Supervisor, coordinates all aspects of the daily operations of a specific section or area of responsibility in Phlebotomy. Routinely visits assigned phlebotomy locations and is accessible to staff. Provides technical direction, training, and is accountable for the professional conduct and technical performance of personnel. Ensures operations meet all regulatory requirements. Assists with problem solving and serves as an interface to the customer.POSITION SUMMARY:
