KBP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Compliance Specialist to support our growing team by ensuring compliance across all employment processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining I-9, E-Verify, background check, and minor worker hiring compliance while partnering closely with field leadership and internal teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage I-9, E-Verify, background check, and minor worker hiring processes to ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations

  • Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies across employment eligibility, minor worker hiring, and verification processes

  • Administer E-Verify and background checks, including MVR annual checks

  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure proper documentation retention

  • Support field teams with training, compliance guidance, and hiring procedures

  • Manage daily Talent Acquisition help cases and provide timely resolution

  • Track and report compliance metrics and activity to leadership

  • Assist recruiters with sourcing efforts using various tools

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in employment compliance

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

  • Experience with HR systems, ATS, and compliance-related platforms

  • Knowledge of employment laws related to hiring and onboarding

  • Execution-focused with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
