$19.47 - $25.77The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
Performs secretarial and administrative duties in support of the clinical for the Vascular Surgery Division. Will be responsible for all clinic preparation, including but not limited to, activities associated with provider calendaring, patient scheduling, coordinating patient care and the flow of patient information for the optimization of patient outcomes. Monitors and ensures all functions in the ambulatory setting are completed in an accurate, efficient, and customer friendly manner. Assists the Practice Manager and Division Administrator operationally working as a team with all providers and staff.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Support the clinical activities of the faculty members as assigned.
