$55,955.00 - $78,336.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
The Advancement Prospect Research Analyst is responsible for conducting research to support Advancement in identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors whose philanthropic resources and interests align with university philanthropic opportunities. The position will utilize public information and subscription-based resources to compile biographic, business, philanthropic, and financial data into concise analytic reports. With coordination and direction from the Director of Prospect Research, this position is responsible for executing prospect research activities for the University of Rochester’s Principal Giving, Presidential Advancement, and Trusts, Estates, and Gift Planning offices. The Advancement Prospect Research Analyst will manage research requests focused on specific prospects, produce profiles and other similar work products, monitor current events news coverage, and collaborate with the Director to execute proactive prospect identification projects.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
