Compensation Range:

$18.65 - $26.11

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL SUMMARY
The position will support the Center for Community Health & Prevention’s Director of Community Health Policy and Education in developing a Health Equity inventory and convening the Health Equity Education Task Force. This position is TAR, up to 17 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Coordinate the monthly Health Equity Education Council meetings including scheduling, agenda coordination, and minutes.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings with residency program representatives for Cohort 2.
  • Help organize and assemble health equity education resources.
  • Create health equity education website connected to the CCHP site.
  • Assist with the Health Equity Inventory, including finishing the REDCAP tool, the reporting interface, and help coordinate the collection of entries in the pilot launch.

Other projects and job duties as assigned.


MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma Required
  • Bachelor’s degree. Preferred
  • 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Required
  • The ability to interact effectively with students, faculty, staff and the community.  Required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Required
