We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Phone Sales Consultant to join our high-performing Phone Sales team at Southern Cross Health Society.   
  
This role is all about delivering great outcomes for our customers – helping prospective members make informed choices by providing value-add advice conversations and education about our products, services and member benefits.  

As a key part of our Phone Sales team, you’ll be handling both inbound and scheduled outbound calls, managing a pipeline of leads, and ensuring every interaction meets our high standards for productivity, quality and customer satisfaction success measures.  

We’re looking for someone with excellent time management skills, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and takes pride in putting the needs of our customers and teammates first.  

About you:  

• Proven experience in a customer-centric or consultative sales role, ideally within insurance, or financial services  

• A passion for exceptional service and supporting others to make informed decisions  

• Excellent time management and self-organisation skills  

• Excellent spoken and written English including a clear telephone voice    

• Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative team player attitude  

This role is Auckland-based, and you must be able to commit to multiple in-office days per week at our offices in the Auckland CBD.
