Job Overview:
Wasserman is looking for a leader to join as a Learning & Training Program Manager. This position will lead the design, delivery, and optimization of enterprise learning experiences with a primary focus on LMS (Learning Management System) ownership, instructional course design excellence, and technical enablement.
This role serves as a strategic owner of the LMS ecosystem, content creation, learning architecture, and learning program execution. The Senior Manager partners with the People L&D team, Workday team, and People Partners to ensure learning solutions are scalable, measurable, and aligned to business unit/division learning and development needs and priorities.

What We're Looking For:
Base salary range: $95-120K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
