Are you passionate about HR operations, process excellence, and supporting a high‑performing HR Services team? We’re looking for a Global HR Operations Expert to join our organisation in the Netherlands — someone who thrives in a global environment and enjoys bringing clarity, structure, and alignment to daily HR operations.

In this central role, you will support the HR Services (HRS) team directly and act as the first point of contact for all operational HR and payroll questions, ensuring smooth and consistent service delivery across countries.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the HRS team on operational HR & payroll matters
  • Guiding and supporting the HRS team in day‑to‑day operations
  • Ensuring strong payroll controls, governance, and compliance
  • Managing and following up on SLA performance across multiple locations
  • Supporting daily operational planning and workload prioritisation
  • Contributing to the development of the HR Services Country Dashboard
  • Driving process alignment and harmonisation across HR and payroll workflows
  • Leveraging your Workday expertise to strengthen HR operations and optimise processes
