What You’ll Be Doing 

Think of yourself as the person who keeps everything flowing with real impact, every single day. 

Keep things accurate and moving 

• Process financial transactions accurately and on time  
• Review and validate automated entries (and step in when needed)  
• Ensure everything is correct, complete, and up to date

Analyse, solve and improve 

• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues at the root  
• Identify patterns and areas for improvement  
• Turn insights into smarter, more efficient processes  

Be at the centre of the action 

• Work closely with brokers to ensure smooth data flow  
• Partner with teams like Underwriting, Claims, and Accounting  
• Act as a go-to contact for questions and problem-solving  

Work with systems and automation 

• Support and improve automated financial processes  
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement  
• Help modernise how finance operates  

 Keep everyone informed 

• Support reporting and highlight risks or improvement areas  
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal standards

What We’re Looking For 

We’re not looking for a perfect CV we’re looking for mindset. 

You’ll likely bring: 

• A background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (through education or experience)
• Some experience in a finance or accounting role (this could be gained through internships, entry-level roles, or early career experience)
• Around 2+ years’ experience in a finance or accounting role  
• Strong attention to detail  
• Confidence working with systems, data, and automation  
• A proactive, problem-solving approach

Bonus points if you have: 

• Experience with ERP systems  
• Dutch or another European language alongside English
