MSIG Europe is offering a 24-month Graduate Traineeship starting in September, based in Brussels—the heart of Europe and a hub for international business. You won’t be stuck in one role—you’ll rotate across teams, work on real projects, and discover what truly fits you. 

What you’ll be doing 

This isn’t a “watch and learn” kind of program. You’ll be in it from the start. 

• Work on real business projects with actual impact 

• Rotate across different departments to gain cross-functional experience 

• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders 

• Analyse data, contribute ideas, and support decision-making 

• Continuously build your skills through hands-on experience

Who we’re looking for 

You don’t need to have it all figured out—but you do need the right mindset. 

• Final-year or recent graduate (Bachelor or Master) 

• Background in Engineering, Finance, Law, Economics, or similar 

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn 

• Comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone 

• Dutch or French speaking with a good understanding of the other language; good knowledge of English
