Doritos is a global powerhouse brand with huge growth potential. In Poland, we are on an exciting journey of dynamic expansion, and this new role is a strategic step to accelerate that momentum. We are looking for a bold, consumer-centric leader to take charge of Doritos in Poland and play a pivotal role in shaping its success across Eastern Europe.

You will collaborate closely with global hubs, sector teams, and local markets to turn global strategies into local wins.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Doritos business in Poland: Manage and inspire a 2-person team (SBM and BM), fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Shape the growth strategy: Co-develop the brand strategy, annual marketing calendar, and budget. 
  • Own innovation: Lead end-to-end innovation projects—from concept to commercialization—partnering with R&D and regional teams.
  • Create bold communication: Deliver 360° campaigns (TV, digital, KV) in partnership with agencies and global teams, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Collaborate across markets: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and EE markets, influencing strategic portfolio decisions.
  • Champion consumer centricity: Ensure every initiative strengthens brand health and delivers exceptional consumer experiences.

Qualifications

  • University degree,  Marketing/Management degree is an advantage
  • 8-10+ years of marketing experience (in a FMCG company/ advertising agency/research agency)
  • Experience with business processes: marketing budgeting, conducting marketing and advertising activities, budget control, brand/product launches
  • Experienced enthusiast in building brands and driving business
  • Strong Strategic capabilities
  • High Project Management skills
  • Experience in team management
  • Fluent in Nielsen and with strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Collaboration and Communication Skills, ability to build cross-functional relations
  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivation and  passion for learning and development
  • Fluent English & Polish

This is a role for a mature, ambitious manager who wants to make an impact on a global brand, lead bold initiatives, and shape the future of Doritos in Poland and beyond.

Location & Work Mode:This role is based at our main office at Plac Konesera 12, Warsaw. We work in a hybrid model, typically around 3 days per week in the office.
