Responsibilities

The Opportunity

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping PepsiCo’s global financial strategy. This position is responsible for designing, enhancing, and maintaining advanced financial visualization and forecasting tools for a key global transformation project. You will lead the consolidation and reporting of GBS (Global Business Services) financials across sectors and centers, while driving insightful ad hoc analysis for senior stakeholders, including Global Functional Leads, Sector GBS Leads, and Hub Finance Leads.

This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in a transnational transformation initiative, champion automation and digitalization, and propose innovative solutions for processes, platforms, and tools. You will play a key role in developing and implementing new processes that enable the execution of the GBS Financial Management agenda.

  

Your Impact  

 

As an FP&A Sr Analyst, your responsibilities would consist of

 

  • Create and implement new processes to support the target commitment of GBS.  It will require the definition of new processes, implementation of tools, and change management and communication with people from different sectors and functions.
  • Lead the digitalization agenda for GBS Global Finance, including the design and implementation of new tools for tracking GBS Financials, as well as maintenance of existing tracking tools. Keeping them up to date with the latest financial estimates.
  • Ensure accurate GBS Strat Plan and AOP output analysis to support the discussions for alignment with key stakeholders (Global Functional Leads, Sector Leads, GBS Finance Leads, Global Transformation, GBS PMO, etc.)
  • Full ownership of GBS Financial Tableau Dashboards & Alteryx Model, including design and regular updates, focusing on the customer needs (function, sector, hub, global team, etc), with the main focus on productivity information.
  • Support in the GBS Hub Cost Forecast process, leading the consolidation of financials and analysis of the outputs. 
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations or dashboards to communicate business results and insights

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?  

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 
  • 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance, or similar roles in a multinational environment.
  • Experience with global financial processes and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advanced English 

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of visualization and automation tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting platforms.
  • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
