The Opportunity
The Finance Sr Analyst is responsible for the FP&A cycle, closure analysis, latest estimate, monthly forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan. The role is responsible for driving accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business performance and decision-making. It ensures timely closing, validation of results, and preparation of management insights across topline, costs, and operating expenses. The position collaborates with multiple functions to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business strategy. It also oversees system administration, process controls, and audits, while supporting ad-hoc analysis. The role provides critical insights to leadership by consolidating forecasts, analyzing variances, and improving planning processes.

Responsabilidades: Financial Management • Manage month-end close activities, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting P&L for innovation, focusing on accomplishments from a financial point of view. • Consolidate and analyze topline performance, including gross sales, volume, pricing, and net revenue.• Review the cost of goods sold (COGS) and oversee profit elimination processes for intercompany transactions.• Plan, monitor, and analyze Advertising & Marketing (A&M) spend, with close collaboration with the marketing team• Track actuals vs. plan/forecast across revenue, expenses, and distribution to highlight performance gaps.• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting accuracy, and forecasting models.• Work closely with the FP&A team to ensure accuracy of key deliverables related to C2F and AOP
Transformation Management –• Be digital-oriented and adopt new WOW.• Ensure transition to MOSAIC planning and Digital tools adoption.• Be fully conversant with new initiatives, continuous improvement, and modern thinking in all matters to transform LAB’s planning function.• Promote and adhere to GCC’s ways of working, culture, and values.• Look for opportunities for Centralization, Standardization, and Automation in LAB.• Promote the Mosaic LAB transformation agenda to ensure our global digitalization and standardization objectives• Drive productivity, standardization & simplicity. Focus on the continuous process improvement mindset
Cross-functional –
• High level of collaboration with cross-functional partners, including Franchise, Commercial, Controls team, and Corporate-run initiatives• High level of engagement and collaboration with business partners to ensure BU targets are supported• Ensure adequate communication with the region, BU, and other stakeholders
Who Are We Looking For?
• Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration• 3 years of experience in a Finance organization• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint• Language: English fluent• Understanding of a P&L and its drivers• Blend of control and planning finance• Ability to understand financial models and scenarios
