At NVNA & Hospice, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Care Registered Nurse to join our exceptional clinical team. This full-time role (32 or 40 hours per week) serves patients in the Quincy area, offering the opportunity to work with autonomy and flexibility while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Pay Range: $44–$55 per hour (based on experience)

What will you be doing:

• As a Home Care Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes while ensuring continuity and coordination across the care team. Responsibilities include:
• Performing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and skilled nursing procedures in accordance with the plan of care
• Providing patient and family education on disease management, medications, and home safety
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, communicating any changes in condition promptly
• Coordinating additional services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, or social work as needed
• Promoting patient independence, safety, and comfort in the home setting

What we’re looking for in you:

• Current Massachusetts RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in home care, hospice, skilled nursing facility, or an acute care/hospital setting required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and clinical documentation
