Eliot's is seeking a dynamic & organized individual in the role of Jail Diversion Clinician. Eliot's Juvenile Justice staff-secure setting serves court-involved youth, ages 13 to 21. This position offers a unique opportunity to positively impact a youth’s life by providing patient, supportive care and mentorship.This role involves working with the local police dept, assisting adults, adolescents, children, and families who are dealing with mental health & substance abuse issues to ensure diversion from the criminal justice system to treatment providers. This includes providing substance use specific treatment within the center.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (some flexibility preferred)
Location: Concord, Lexington, Maynard Police Departments
