At Master Electronics, we’re growing fast and expanding our digital footprint and we’re looking for a Marketplace Manager to lead the charge for our OnlineComponents brand. As the expert for third-party online platforms, you’ll combine data-driven strategy with creative merchandising to drive revenue, profitability, and brand impact.

In this cross-functional role, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product Management to maximize our online success. What you will do?

• Lead and execute the marketplace strategy for OnlineComponents, driving growth across third-party platforms through smart merchandising, pricing, and promotions

• Oversee daily marketplace operations listings, fulfillment, compliance, and performance while identifying new platform opportunities to expand our reach

• Optimize performance by improving content, boosting conversion, managing ad campaigns, and partnering with supply chain teams to keep products in stock

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align strategy, forecast revenue, and maintain a consistent brand experience across channels

• Stay ahead of trends, launch new marketplaces, and develop best practices that fuel innovation and scalable growth

 

What you bring to the table!

• 5+ years of eCommerce marketplace experience, including 3+ years managing Amazon Seller or Vendor Central accounts

• Deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem from SEO and A+ Content to FBA, PPC campaigns, and performance analytics

• Proven ability to own marketplace P&L, driving both top-line growth and bottom-line profitability
