What you will do

This is a platform ownership role, not a hands-on development role. Development is delivered by an external partner. You set direction, brief the partner, and govern delivery.

  • Manage agile digital initiatives end to end, using modern project management tools to coordinate timelines, scope, and stakeholders.

  • Prioritize work effectively, balancing parallel initiatives and focusing on activities that deliver the greatest business value.

  • Work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to move initiatives forward.

  • Communicate clearly and concisely with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, translating complex topics into actionable insights.

  • Shape and improve B2B user journeys on external websites, aligning content, structure, and conversion logic with user and business needs.

  • Drive continuous optimization through data, performance insights, and user behavior analysis.

  • Apply technical SEO principles to support visibility, performance, and a strong user experience.

Who you are

  • You have several years of experience working with and owning a leading CMS platform, ideally in a B2B environment.

  • You bring hands-on experience with agile project management and feel comfortable using modern project management tools.

  • You are able to prioritize independently, manage multiple initiatives in parallel, and focus on what matters most.

  • You communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • You have a strong understanding of B2B user journeys, stakeholder needs, and conversion logic on external websites.

  • You understand technical SEO and its impact on visibility, performance, and user experience.

  • You work with an analytical mindset and use data to guide decisions and continuous improvement.

  • You bring additional experience or curiosity in areas such as marketing automation, analytics or personalization tools, in-house agency or multi-stakeholder environments, or design systems and component-based development models, and are motivated to continue growing your skills.
