What you will do

This position is designed to strengthen UPM Plywood’s organization and enable future opportunities for the business. We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to define, develop, and maintain our enterprise IT architecture vision, including roadmap and governance, ensuring alignment between business strategy and IT capabilities.

In addition, your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework and documentation

  • Align IT architecture with business strategy, portfolios, and project objectives

  • Lead cross-team architecture initiatives and governance boards

  • Define and oversee architecture standards, principles, and compliance

  • Guide technology decisions and evaluate emerging technologies and solutions

  • Ensure integration and consistency across IT domains

  • Advise on major transformation and digitalization initiatives

Who you are

  • You are an experienced IT professional with a strong background in enterprise-level design and governance.

  • You have experience in IT architecture roles, with expertise in enterprise-level design and governance

  • You have strong knowledge across business, processes, applications, data, and technology architecture domains

  • You are familiar with known architecture frameworks and modeling tools

  • You have the ability to influence across teams and guide architectural decisions

  • You have excellent communication skills and strategic thinking
