We’re seeking a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to take charge of our 4-chair Burleigh Heads dental centre. With a strong focus on general dentistry, you’ll be leading a small, supportive team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader – or a Senior Dental Assistant or Practice Manager ready to step up – to grow your career in a leadership role with the support of a national network behind you.

Your new role will include

• Leading and motivating your team to deliver great patient experiences

• Overseeing day-to-day operations including rosters, patient flow and compliance

• Supporting dentists to deliver smooth, efficient clinical services

• Working closely with your Regional Manager on performance and growth

• Creating a positive and collaborative centre culture

• Dental industry knowledge and experience

• Leadership experience ideally in a medical setting

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to motivate and support a team in a busy centre environment

• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
