• Lead end-to-end finance operations across GCC ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance and alignment with corporate goals
• Manage period end closing of books including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and consolidations
• Oversee intercompany accounting ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles with business alignment
• Drive working capital optimization, cash flow forecasting while also supervising bank and cash reconciliations
• Drive invoicing accuracy, credit control, follow-up collections, and resolution of billing disputes and queries
• Manage inventory accounting, valuation, and control processes ensuring alignment with corporate standards
• Ensure travel & expense policy compliance, cost control, and timely reimbursement processes
• Oversee end-to-end reporting processes including management, statutory, and consolidated reports
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance and audit preparedness across all entities
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors ensuring readiness, documentation, and resolution of audit observations
• Implement process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across GCC
• Lead finance transformation initiatives focusing on efficiency, data integrity, and digital enablement
• Partner with business and functional heads to support strategic decision-making and performance management
• Manage vendor relationships, dispute resolutions, and process escalations for AP and AR
• Develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing, agile finance team
• Support ERP enhancements, master data governance, and system integration project
• Strong financial acumen with deep understanding of accounting principles, financial consolidation, and reporting standards
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or Equivalent) and business intelligence tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• Leadership capability in managing teams, setting goals, and driving accountability and team performance
• Strategic business partnering skills enabling value creation and informed decision-making
• Analytical mindset with focus on data interpretation, insights, and actionable recommendations
• Process improvement orientation leveraging automation, digitization, and Lean methodologies
• Deep understanding of global finance operations, controls, and governance frameworks
• Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities fostering collaboration and cross functional coordination
• High adaptability to change, ambiguity, and complex matrix environments
• Continuous learning attitude with focus on innovation and future-ready finance practices
• High ethical standards ensuring integrity and transparency in all transactions
• Should be a Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance operations with 4-5 years in a leadership role, experience of managing shared services or GCC setup would be preferred.
• Proven experience in managing AR, AP, FP&A, R2R, and T&E functions
• Hands-on expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Equivalent) and advanced Excel/BI reporting tools
• Experience in process migration, transformation, and automation initiatives
• Strong understanding of global accounting standards and compliance requirements
• Exposure to working and leading diverse teams and cross-cultural environments
