procedures and directions by superiors and by reporting all abnormalities to all
concern taking adequate immediate actions.

Physical Security Operations - 40%
- Carry out Key responsibilities for level 2 (ASO) as a guidance / 
understanding the duties of responsibility of securing the premises and 
personnel by patrolling the property and inspecting buildings, equipment, 
and access points in a regular time period as assigned.
- Coordinate and administer new hire process.
- Conduct security post OJT for newly joined Assistant Security Officer as 
needed.
- Whilst on performing duty ensure the protocol of access control measure, 
ensuring no unauthorized persons to enter the property.
- Whilst on performing duty ensure the protocol of surveillance, 
performing duty following security motto that is be aware, be alert and no 
surprises.
- Ensure knowledge and perform duty on post by following proper
monitor’ssurveillance, access control, and intrusion alarming system.
- Red Flag observations, irregularities, and potential security or safety issues,
relaying information to relevant individuals(verbally orin reports) and 
maintain the log.
- Ensure as a point of contact having a clear communication with 
personnel,students, vendors, and the public whilst performing duty.
- Respondsto alarms and emergency situations, directing people and 
operating emergency equipment as needed.
- Maintain the security post clean and well equipped.
- May contact/coordinate with local law enforcement agencies when 
necessary.
- Perform all tasks in accordance with Orders, Policies, and Procedures.
- Review regularly emergency response plan, post orders and emergency 
contact details and report require changes.

Emergency Response Preparedness – 30

Maintain thorough knowledge of 'site emergency response plan' (GIA and 
Building) and implement it during emergency situations and mock-drills to 
ensure life-safety & protection of assets
- Quick & prompt response in all emergency situations (in accordance to 
SOPs)
- Prompt first-aid assistance to staff & visitors.
- Successfully complete allscheduled safety & first-aid training program.
- Follows and implements all guidelines received from RJC.

EHS – 30%
- Reports all abnormalities, incidents in respect of environment, health & 
safety promptly and takes immediate actions as per SOP and/or as 
directed by superiors.
- Follows allsafety & health procedures as directed and complies with all 
assignments related to the job
