In your day to day, you will:
Venture into the realm of cold calling, reaching out to potential prospects, and showcasing Smith's exceptional value-added services
Qualify leads meticulously, extracting precise requirements from customers to ensure we are delivering the perfect solutions
Harness your commercial expertise in price negotiations, staying abreast of market trends, and ensuring favorable agreements for both parties
Navigate diverse online tools and resources such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM to uncover potential customers
Collaborate with global teams (Credit, Legal, Purchasing, and Operations) to ensure prompt order fulfillment
Nurture and cultivate long-lasting customer relationships, demonstrating empathy, commitment, and the ability to tailor solutions to your customers’ unique needs
To excel in this role, you should possess these qualities:
A natural ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with customers
A willingness to embrace the challenge of cold calling, demonstrating resilience and tenacity in reaching out to new prospects
Self-motivation fueled by a passion for sales and a commitment to achieving results.
An unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, confidentiality, and the responsible handling of proprietary information
Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
Your Qualifications Elevate Your Potential
Previous sales or cold-calling experience is preferred, providing you with a strong foundation for success in this role.
A bachelor's degree is an asset, but equivalent experience can also be considered.
