Short Role Introduction
MSIG Europe is looking for a COO Operations & Governance Analyst to support COO-wide governance, cost oversight, and strategic initiatives across the COO domain. Following the merger of its European entities in 2025, the company is strengthening and professionalizing its operating model across Operations, IT and Data.
In this role, you will combine analytical and project skills to track costs, maintain governance and control processes, and prepare executive-level materials for boards and management committees. You will operate with both a strategic mindset and careful attention to detail, acting as a proactive sparring partner and driving initiatives forward from analysis to execution.

Job Profile
As COO Operations & Governance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring strong governance, cost transparency, and analytical support across the COO domain. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, maintain control frameworks, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Knowledge and Experience
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Approximately 3–6 years of professional experience in analytical, consulting, finance, or transformation-related roles
Experience in project work, business analysis, financial oversight, or governance is strongly preferred
Experience in consulting or professional services is a strong advantage, providing a foundation for structured problem-solving and strategic thinking
Interest in enterprise transformation, operational excellence, and process improvement
Excellent command of English; French and/or Dutch are a strong plus
