The Location: This position can be based at either our corporate headquarters in Carlsbad, California or our office in New York City. We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement, typically requiring 3 days in the office per week (subject to change). This schedule is contingent upon meeting productivity standards and maintaining high-quality deliverables. Candidates have the option to choose their preferred location between these two offices.

Hybrid Onsite Requirement: 3 days a week, on-site.

Job Overview: Ensures programs are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget. Leads cross-functional teams across Business Development, Operations, Marketing, Quality, and Finance, driving program execution from initiation through closure.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • 20%- Serve as the primary contact throughout program/project execution
  • 10%- Working with Product Managers, scope projects based on stakeholder input of requirements and specifications. Effectively define, communicate, and gain stakeholder agreement on the scope of assigned projects. Ensure the participation and commitment of project stakeholders.
  • 10%- Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine resource requirements
  • 10%- Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing
  • 10%- Communicate project status, risks and mitigation plans
  • 10%- Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization)
  • 10%- Identify/resolve obstacles to completing projects on time and to budget
  • 10%- Manage multiple, interrelated projects (may include business transformation projects)
  • 10%- Ensure continuity between new services objectives and program execution, supporting scope and budget change discussions as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, or related field and 8-10+ years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong computer skills utilizing software such as project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; and e-mail.
  • Strong financial acumen, technical program management expertise, and client engagement skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to be onsite 3 or more days a week.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • Work is performed in a designated professional office workstation and environment requiring the regular use of office equipment.
  • Must be able to communicate regularly with colleagues in person and remote.

Pay Range: $125K-$155K
