Job Purpose:
- To support Operations by performing inbound and outbound shipment coordination duties
Essential Job Duties:
- Organization and retention of Sales Orders/Purchase Orders including any alterations to said orders
- Written and oral communication with all departments to ascertain information insuring accurate shipment of product
- Utilize delivery systems, i.e. UPS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, or Freight Forwarders, to ship product worldwide
- Research issues regarding product, i.e. delivery, Purchase orders/Sales orders, and discern a solution
- Employ Glovia to invoice, transfer, add/remove product to Sales Orders/Purchase Orders, etc.
- Use Microsoft Office suite to complete reports and maintain organization
- Prepare documentation for storage and future research
- Deliver invoice and shipping documentation to trader via email
Job Qualifications
Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience working in a warehouse environment
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of carriers and freight forwarders a plus (PostNL, DHL, GLS, etc.)
Education:
Software Requirements:
- MS Word and Excel required
Physical Demands: Ability to move loads of up to 15kg
